“Lines that are beautiful today
and will be tomorrow"

Cor D. Rover

Custom built in 2008 by the Royal Hakvoort Shipyard, the 45m I 147’7” AWATEA is a triumph of Dutch design and workmanship. Her visually striking exterior, designed by Cor D. Rover, envelops a welcoming nautical interior with exceptionally large volumes for a 45m yacht. AWATEA accommodates up to 14 guests in five staterooms with a splendid full beam master suite on the main deck. Built for global cruising, AWATEA has a 4,600nm mile range at her cruising speed of 11.5kns, is classed by Lloyd’s and is MCA compliant.

The Story

AWATEA’s build team was not afraid to push the envelope

AWATEA took four years to build, and the result is a timeless, highly functional little ship punching well above her weight. Her sweeping lines and flared bow combine elegance with seaworthiness. Her exterior finishes are rare for a yacht of her size, and her functional layout makes the most of her 499 Gross Tons. AWATEA feels a lot larger than the average 45m yacht. Her exterior decks offer al fresco dining on three decks, with sunbathing options on the sundeck and foredeck. The impressive beach club is better equipped than most, featuring air conditioning and a complete bathroom with shower and a large swim-platform.
